Convenient one-stop shop with lots of variety Walmart Supercenter in Plymouth is a great spot for getting all your essentials in one place. They have a wide selection of groceries, household items, electronics, clothing, and more — which makes it super convenient whether you’re doing a big weekly shop or just picking up a few things. The store layout is easy to navigate, and prices are generally very reasonable. I’ve also found that the staff at checkout and in the departments are friendly and helpful most of the time. Parking is plentiful, and it’s easy to get in and out. Only minor issue: some popular items can be out of stock, but overall this Walmart is a reliable and practical choice if you need a variety of products under one roof. 📍 Recommended for everyday shopping and quick errands!
I had such a great experience here tonight with my toddler. A worker named Koby was honestly sweetest Walmart worker I’ve ever encountered and it felt like his energy spread to everyone around from customers to other employees who were wonderful as we checked out and left. He gave my toddler a set of mini dinosaurs dur as it reminded him of his son at home with his wife and it was just the sweetest I think him and his little family deserve the world. Happy New Year!
Love shopping in the store. This review is completely about the online ordering and pick up! Placed my order, was ready pretty quickly in about an hour. Headed over to pick upand parked. I sat there for 50 minutes watching 1 employee bring out 1 order at a time, and several times diappered for 10 minutes inside. How about you have dozens of orders you should have several employees! After 40 minutes i asked the person next to me how long they had been waiting, they said almost and hour and that they asked the employee and he said that there was 6 others in front of her, So I left, tried calling the pick up # and the store 3 times only to get an automted recording to try back later! SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited for my order to reset, cam back the next day and every pick up space was full, ran so other errands and came back an hour later and still no numbers spots available. Gave up, let them cancel my order and put it away! I will never ever do Walmart pick up again! Somebody needs to review the procedures and hey maybe take a lesson from Target, Stop & Shop, and BJ's. They do curside right!! By Walmart Curbside, Amazon is my future.
I would like to commend Samantha -Coach who helped me open a Walmart App so I can buy my grandchildren 5 and 8 the mini Monkey that they wanted. I called several Walmarts to find these min Monkeys. Samantha took action immediately and we received the monkeys today and they are happy kids. Thank you Samantha! We will always remember you and the Plymouth Walmart. Drew C Bililies
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Walmart today. I went to the fitting room with a single item to try on, and the employee working there (I believe her name was Josienne, or something similar) visibly rolled her eyes and scoffed at me when I asked if I could use the fitting room. It was openly rude and completely unprofessional. I then went to customer service to report the interaction and asked to speak with a manager. The employee at the desk just stared at me blankly and said there were no managers available. No attempt to help, no apology, no effort to address the situation at all. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I understand retail jobs are demanding, but basic professionalism and respect toward customers should still be the bare minimum. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
