PUT THE PRICES ON THE MERCHANDISE! DON'T ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE TO WORK WHEN THEY COME TO BUY THINGS. WASTE OF TIME AND BATTERY! CHECK OUT WAS awful!! Waited and then told to move to another checkout because cashier WAS closing. Waited some more! Approx 11 checkoutSand only 2 cashiers and self checkout line was the longest by far. Was also overcharged for an item! 😞 CASHIERS WAS SICKAND NO MASK COUGHING AND SNEEZING AND THEN HANDLED MY MERCH.😷
I go here all the time. Good deals, lots of different items and products. Every trip here is different. I've had good experiences and horrible experiences. With products and employees. Walmart delivery I will say is horrible. Wrong items, missing items, damaged items. Crazy today at Walmart. Tons of people there. Today I went to Walmart and looked at the grapes, they were brown and looked disgusting. Surprised they still had them out and for sale.
I have enjoyed shopping at Walmart every time I go to the stores. There are so many products and I try to look at everything when I am there. The stores are always clean when I go to the stores. I love the clothes and prices that they have for children's clothes. Prices are reasonable. The employees are always friendly and nice and willing to help customers. I always find something to buy every time I am at the stores. My hat goes off to the employees of Walmart or anyone else that deals with the public. Customers can be very difficult to deal with in an everyday business.
The constant presence of people at the entrance selling things or collecting signatures makes me want to shop elsewhere when possible. I’m just trying to grab things like kitty litter or motor oil, not have a political conversation. If someone avoids eye contact, it usually means they’re not interested and just want to get inside. Once you’re in the store, the aisles are often blocked by employees picking online orders. They frequently take up the entire aisle and seem either unaware of customers trying to get through or simply don’t care. It makes shopping here more frustrating than it needs to be.
Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Walmart. My sister and I came to this location to buy scrubs for our new job, and we will NEVER be back. From the moment we walked into the fitting room area around 5 PM, the staff was unbelievably rude. The first woman, Mary, audibly sighed and rolled her eyes when we asked for a fitting room. Then, while we were in the fitting room (where only six items are allowed at a time), we heard her say, "It’s gonna be a mess after this" mind you, we were the only ones in there! When I came out to swap clothes, another woman had taken half of my pile of clothes that I was waiting to try on and placed it next to her. When I picked it up, she snatched it back aggressively and loudly said it needed to be folded, even though I told her I was buying it. (Short white women with accent) Then, she started grabbing scrubs off the ground (that were already there before we even touched them), huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes the whole time(acting like we made the mess) Another heavy-set woman with long, grey, curly-ish hair came over, presumably to cover her break, and they started gossiping and staring at us. I distinctly heard her say, "Look, they’re going back over there again!" It felt like we were being bullied by three miserable old women. I would also like to add in that the heavier set women with grey hair was mumbling words every time she walked by us saying “you can’t just put it back where you got it from” Their behavior wasn't just directed at us; another customer got fed up and walked out because of how rude they were. This is completely unacceptable. These women have no idea what people are going through. My sister and I felt so much anxiety that we couldn’t even shop straight, and they were following us around, whispering and staring. Walmart, you need to hold these women accountable. This wasn't just mistreatment of grown women; they were rude to younger teenagers as well. DO BETTER. (Time: 5 PM - around 6:45 PM, Fitting room area)
