As you can see what I ordered is nothing like what they show online. Customer service was horrendous ! The driver there was no house number on the house when there is when I called the number listed on their website. I was transferred over to a florist in Norwood and the woman was absolutely rude. This is horrible. I paid $105 for this arrangement. that looks nothing like what I ordered.
I placed an order yesterday for my mother’s birthday to be delivered same day to her job and let me say I was not disappointed. They got the arrangement delivered to her on time and it was so beautiful! From one fellow florist based out of Tampa, Florida to another thank you for your kindness and service! Blessings
Placed an order for a same day delivery from Tampa, Fl to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday and they did not disappoint. They got the arrangement delivered to her job before closing and the time that was requested and the arrangement was beautiful! Thank you so much!
I was very excited about sending these flowers. Although I did not receive any confirmation, I believe they were delivered on time, however the final product (photo on right) did not look anything like what is posted in website (photo on left ). I paid a total of $99.94 for them. Obviously, I did not say this to the recipient who was happy to receive it.
