Walmart Supercenter

I have never visited a Walmart with a parking 🅿️ garage, an escalator for people and shopping 🛒 carts, huge shopping 🛒 carts, an electronic recycling center and a closely monitored exit with what looks like sensors built into the floor with associates watching. My son and I were curious about this Walmart and he needed to use the bathroom. The shopping 🛍️ floor structure reminded me of the Walmart in Portsmouth NH except more tight on space. There is a grocery section with a produce area. We stopped by toys and every toy 🧸🪀 marked clearance was almost gone. The bathroom was in good shape. The pick up area is on the opposite side of the entrance. A unique experience that makes me wonder 🤔 what my daughter will think 💬 of this Walmart. She has visited the McDonald's next door.

Over 1.5 hour waiting for someone to help getting a car battery. They definitely don’t find the key and I already went to Customer Service 2 times and nobody can really help me

Zero stars if I could, from delivery where they say things are in stock but they are not. But today was the icing on the cake. Today was worst experience ever. I was in pharmacy ringing the bell to have a case opened. I stood for 7 minutes ringing this bell 5 times. WHILE my husband looked for an employee who was NO WHERE to be found. I had service desk call for them on the intercom as well. Where, the manager of service desk at 11:30am called over to inform them I was In which aisle. Then finally after 10 minutes or soo. I find someone who I asked “can you open the protein glass door, she then proceeded to tell me no she can’t. And then went over 2 mins later and opened it using her phone.

1. I have NEVER been INSIDE this store - - BUT 2. I get a grocery delivery to my house just about every week. 3. NO PROBLEMS with delivery - - great selection of foods, friendly delivery drivers who notify me when it is arriving. 4. I meet them at the building entrance. 5. Keep up the good work.

Great super store. They have everything. This week, they are getting ready for black Friday. Lots of hallways closed due to inventory. Again, the store looks clean and tidy. I found most of the things I was looking for. Prices are lower than other stores. Staff were helpful pinpoint where the items were. Sometimes, walking me to find the item. The layout of the halls are totally different than before, but more efficient and labeled. They also have a do off old motor oil and old batteries for recycling. That's a plus.
