Shaw's

I had ordered groceries to be picked up but unable to get them on the scheduled day… Leslie- the assistant manager in that department was so helpful and kind to hold them for me… she was wonderful and deserves a raise!!

My first and last time shopping at this Shaws today. Walked in and was immediately hit with a sewer stench filling the entire store. The smell was so pungent that after grabbing two items, I had to leave and nearly threw up on my way to the car

I had a frustrating money-transfer experience at the Shaw’s in Shrewsbury on . I remained at the counter the entire time. After several attempts, the customer service associate told me I was “all set,” but I could see no payment had been taken. I said so politely and asked her to call a manager. Mary, the customer service manager, came over. She reviewed the screen, canceled the unpaid transaction, and then told me my account was now locked because she canceled it. To be clear: I did not leave, I was transparent that no money was taken, and I asked for help before anything was closed out. I was courteous throughout and tried to do the right thing. Please refresh training for both associates and managers on (1) confirming that a payment actually posted before hitting send, (2) troubleshooting the money-transfer system, and (3) how to speak with customers who flag issues in real time. People who speak up shouldn’t be blamed—they should be thanked

Amazing store, but even better staff. Grabbed an order from the produce counter and the girl who ran it, (Connie or Bonnie, I can't remember) was beyond helpful. Hope management knows how good of an employee and person the have. 10/10

Excellent produce. Well priced meats. Large choice of coffees and spaghetti sauces. Not crowded. Helpful checkout staff
