This was our first time ordering flowers from Pomfret and they are our #1 choice from now on. They showed us a website full of beautiful arrangements for our mother’s casket and they worked with us to create specifically what we wanted. We are allergic to certain flowers and they substituted hydrangeas making the arrangement look, and smell, perfect! The arrangements arrived on schedule and were perfectly matched to a side vase. They were skilled and very easy to work with!

The two people I interacted with were so helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. The flowers were perfect and my wife loves them. They even put the vase in a cardboard stand and helped me put it in my car for safe transport! I've long used faceless online flower delivery services like Bouqs, 1-800-Flowers, and Teleflora with mixed results. I think those days are done; Pomfret earned themselves a new regular customer!
