I love this place! The customer service was great even when they were super busy. They still took their time with me and helped me place an order, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
I walked in and a very nice gentleman came over to help me select an arrangement. When I asked him to change out some of the greenery, he found some beautiful replacements to enhance the look of the flowers. After that, a woman brought him some more greenery to add to the arrangement and then gave me her card so I can place orders over the phone from home. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and they were extremely helpful.
They made a custom arrangement on short notice that was beautiful, and went above and beyond to include a requested personal touch with the maple leaf for my Canadian wife. They were also very friendly and considerate when I picked them up and prepped them for car travel. I'll happily come back here any time I need flowers!
These flowers are not the ones you get from Trader Joe’s or the supermarket. They are truly next level. I needed something custom that said “I’m sorry”, “I love you”, “Happy birthday”, and “thank you for carrying our child” all in one. They over-delivered and my wife is floored at the quality. Truthfully, only thing nicer than the flowers here is the people. I’ll be shopping here as much as I possibly can and encourage anyone reading this review to give this place a try. You will not regret it!
What a lovely experience! Went in looking for a bouquet for my mom for Thanksgiving and shared a color palette and price range and got a beautiful custom arrangement made on the spot. The gentleman who put this together was so friendly and knowledgeable!
