Star Market

Went to buy bread and all the bread was so stale I'm shocked they were selling it for $7.99 and Italian bread also stale for &3.49. Every baguette was as hard as a baseball bat. Star Market has the highest priced for groceries and they cannot even sell fresh food. Now my child cannot take a sandwich to school because the bread isn't even suitable for birds. I'm bringing it back for my full refund. I should have went to the Dollar store their bread would have been better and less expensive.

I want to customer service. To get money orders. I ask women for two money orders . She got them wrong. Because she was not paying attention. I get your busy or trying to rush out. Please pay attention to want you are being ask. She doesn’t even say hello how can I help you. Basically I have to come back in and make an other money Order and then I was late to work. The woman that works in the afternoon shifts has good customer service. I come here and spend a lot of money. I wish the staff workers will be more friendly. I will still comeback. My daughter loves shopping here.

I used to like this place.But now, it's just obnoxiously annoying between the creepy staff that don't do anything at self checkout to hovering inappropriately.I mean, we need some social cues here, and then they say they can't give quarters( after going to search for somebody 10 min later) because there's apparently not enough at 10:00 a.m. i mean, it seems like this star market's pretty full of excuses now. Now at checkout, the guy didn't know how to run a debit card and kept trying to tell me, I had no money on my card.To give cash back, I said, debit cards, don't tell you if there's no money on the card.And of course I had to buy something, buy something again.Go to seth, check out and get my money for cash back.Please train your workers on how to use a register like I shouldn't have to buy excessive things to appease a worker who don't know how to perform job tasks on the computer. I would not recommend this one.Go to porter square

Me and my family going to star market on McGrath highway at least twice a week. We love star market, just have one small issue. This location needs more gluten free frozen food options. We love this store and have great produce selection. The store is clean and easy to find anything.

I shop there regularly. No issues so far except for that one time I encountered a rude restocking employee. Repeating the words "Isle 23" doesn't help if a customer has follow up questions. It may give you a temporary sense of being all powerful if you are into that kind of thing but you neglect the fact that the customers might write about it in the Google reviews which will follow in being brought up at the next employee meeting.
