It’s really amazing how they consistently have the worst quality produce and meat. It’s like they actively try to be the worst option in the area. Literally take a 2 minute drive to any other option in the area, rather than shopping here.

Had a wonderful customer service experience at this location! Was looking for a specific flavour of the chips and couldn’t find it in any of the stores. All the staff were super friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for everyone’s names but Theresa was awesome though I know she was busy.

Came here to get a money order for 1665 and lady at the customer service handed me two money orders and didn't check the amount and I left. When I started driving, something hit me and I said wow didn't even check the money orders and I was choked when I found out that 1 was for $1000 but the other was only for 165, rather than 665. So I went back and told the lady who helped me that I am short 500. She was very argumentative and insisted she gave me 2 money orders for the right amounts. I told her to look the receipt and the money orders and finally she called the manger and they were able to issue me another money order for the $500. May it was a machine error or something, but no apologies, or sorry as if it was my fault. Very disappointed.

Very well stocked store and prices are generally reasonable-outstanding, especially if you sign up for the store consumer club card. Staff seemed real good in general and the blonde guy with glasses at the self check out was the best grocery store employee that I can remember ever seeing. He was very helpful, I had a peculiar problem at check out and he made it feel like nothing bad happened. Store seems out of stock on sale items occasionally but I always went near closing time.

My mother was falsely accused of stealing at this store today and treated with shocking disrespect. She complied fully when approached by a random person dressed in all black who claimed to be store security but refused to give a name. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they swore at her, saying things like “shut your mouth, I’ll talk to you any kind of way, and open your bag.” This behavior is completely unacceptable. The store manager called it a “misunderstanding” after saying they would investigate, but that response does not excuse how she was treated. We’ve already contacted their corporate office and will be following up until this is properly addressed. Be cautious when shopping here — no customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way.
