The arrangement I received for my birthday was so beautiful. Unfortunately the surprise delivery was marred by the older gentlemen they had deliver the arrangement. He was so angry about having to walk up my back stairs he didn't say hello, happy birthday, nothing. He pretty much pushed the vase into my arms as soon as I opened the door and then proceeded to complain about the doorbell not working. It definitely put a dark spot on my bday. I really hope it was just an isolated incident. We would give them another chance just because the flowers were so nice and when we called and spoke to Mathew he seemed understanding and listened to our feedback.
