Party floral

I only gave 1 star because you have to. My actual rating is about -10 horrible business. We bought a balloon for child’s birthday costing $25.00 first on we got home lasted 1hr and split at seam. Brought it back was given bs that it was left outside. Makes no sense cause when it is cold air contracts and in warm room expands. No one played with it it was just sitting in room. After a bit of arguing to employee he replaced it then the second one burst at the seam on way home was in back seat touching nothing and no none in back seat. Just burst at seam obviously he either over inflated or was defected. I callled he refused to refund. I called owner she was rude said we are not responsible once you leave the store. She doesn’t stand by her products even though it is obviously defected. For $25.00 a balloon should at least last the 5 min drive home sitting alone in back seat of my large suv. Terrible business without any customer concern or service. No ethics at all. Don’t waste you time or money. Why anyone would give good money to a business owner that couldn’t care less about her customers is beside me. We don’t need horrible business like this in our city!!!

I arrived at 7pm store closed Google hours says open till 8pm I drive across town to make this store to arrive and it being close is mad

They have a decent amount of party supplies here. I bought my daughter balloons from her 16th birthday party from here. I picked the balloons up at 1pm by 7 pm most of the balloons had fallen and were deflated. I’ve gone to other party stores and the balloons when inflated would at least make it through the party.

Closed when site says open

So clean , staff is always friendly and helpful
