They should have more consideration with truck drivers. We are the ones that bring all your product. After I drove 7 hrs I had to go inside to wait to get unload 3 hrs. they say for safety purpose which make no sense. But we have to wait in a chair near the entrance door and it was FREEZING AT 3 am.

Avoid this location if you are returning anything! I have waited in line here many times to return things. Today was the last time I will use this location. I went in to return tax software that I had bought the day before, it was UNOPENED. She starts the return then says she can't return it because there is a no return on tax software. I told here I was told I could return the day before if it wasn't the right product. She insisted, then said she would call a manager. She did but spoke very quietly on the phone to him. She got off the phone and said he needed to talk to the store manager and would call back. I waited another 15 mins and told here I would go grab a few things and come back. I took a photo of the TurboTax kiosk, went back and asked if he had called. Nope. I told here to call a manager since there nothing at the kiosk that says it's NOT returnable. Manager shows up and says it's online in the return policy that they can't take opened video games or computer software. I tell her this is UNOPENED and she finally agrees to give me my money back. THIS RETURN TOOK 45 MINUTES, no, I'm not kidding! The first customer service person was well aware the product was UNOPENED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE, I never will again! I could have driven to the Attleboro location, returned the item and driven home in less time than it took to return one thing here.

Have had the worst experience with this company in trying to resolve a membership issue. The staff in the store and the customer service representative on the phone are of no use in trying to get this resolved. I have now paid for two memberships, and they still have not reinstated my membership. I have filed complaints with my credit card company and will promptly cancel the BJs credit card they persuaded me to open.

Go inside to shop and don’t order online. 2 orders placed within a year and both times I’ve had severe problems with the system. In club employees are great but this 1 star review will stay until the problems with the app and online ordering is fixed. (You know it’s bad when fast food apps are better put together. Corporate, fire your programmers or cut their salary because this is absolutely embarrassing on your end)

In direct comparison, Costco is better, but unfortunately further away. This location has a good selection of products, and is currently going through a freezer renovation. Self checkout is ideal, but the process is dreadfully inefficient. Still better than dealing with extremely slow and disinterested employees. Go here for bulk items, and that is it.
