Walmart Supercenter

A big departmental store , serving the customers of Walpole and nearby areas, including Sharon.Has variety of items, such as grocery, shoes, clothing's, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics , pharmacy, bakery and garden items.Generally clean, well stacked ; however, grouping not synchronised. Staff is helpful.Customers have dissatisfaction on customer service ( particularly , rush on return of items / staff behaviour) and staff help in price identification or location, etc.Management should urgently look into it.

I want to give a big shout out to Arthur and Damali in the Customer Service department at Walmart. I came in with a return issue late in the day, and they still went above and beyond to help me out. They were patient, professional, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Excellent customer service like theirs deserves recognition. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience.

Customer experience and service needs improvement. Some employees are using their cell phones while working the floor, conversations can be heard since they are on speakerphone. The employee responsible for the self checkout was having a full conversation on her cell speakerphone while managing the area. It’s bizarre work behavior that’s obviously encouraged by Walmart- they have CCTV everywhere in the store, especially self checkout.

We recently started doing our shopping at Walmart Foxboro. The store is excellent. Great prices and great product choice. We use scan and go so we can pack as we go, count the cost of our shop and check out in less than 1 minute. Staff have been very friendly too and the store is in very good shape.

Services desk to return stuff closes at 7pm. Would have been nice if this was listed somewhere. Had to go back next day to return my snow thrower that stopped working after one use. The lady had the audacity to tell me it is over the 90 day period when it is clearly not. I initiated the return online and it told me I can return it to the store without a box. First question she asked me where is it, told her I tossed it. She eventually did process the refund but the overall experience was terrible. There is clearly a disconnect between what the online return instructions and the in store policy. Regardless she was still able to resolve it with a simply click of a button. Transaction would have been smoother without the friction and attitude. Now I have to leave this review because I am slightly annoyed.
