I was shopping for my 11 year old daughter as a single dad. The lady that helped me, I wish I got her name, had burgundy braids, was supposed to get off of work, but she stayed patiently with me and helped me find the right thing I needed. Price was amazing. My daughter loves the clothes. I am heading back to get more this weekend. Thank you again

Love kohl's but the employees were lacking. One lady reaked of cigarettes and b.o. and the cashier stood and talked while I was waiting and when she finally called me over she wasn't very friendly.

10/31/25 A little all over as they restocked for the holidays. Spent a good chunk of cash on winter clothing. A tad expensive but good quality and selection. Kohls cash back is awesome. Staff was helpful with my questions.

Went today (11/9/24) to get a dress which thankfully I found one. As soon as I walked in though, I had shopping anxiety. Personal problem I know, but it was because the store was a mess. Loading carts full of cardboard boxes everywhere, in the middle of the aisles and just about every corner. Difficult to navigate around and have the space to actually look at products with leisure. Most departments were a mess, things all mamble jambled together. Racks were filled with mismatched everything. It was more of a thrift store/marshalls/tjmaxx experience where you have to go through every piece of clothing to find a hidden gem. Went to the shoe department….atrocious. I had to walk away and cash out. The pics provided say it all and give an example of the condition of the rest of the store. Also didn’t love the co-ed dressing rooms. If you prefer to shop in a more organized and aesthetically pleasing store, travel 20 minutes to the Enfield location.
