The staff are funny the deals with membership add up quick to save you money. And it's clean "Marty" the robot does his thing. What I enjoy though is the fruit and veggies isle when you walk in. Great deals on fresh fruit. Don't eat em up on me but the blue berry, black berry, strawberry combo package is my jam for the price. Enjoy.
Totally inconsistent on Curbside Pickup. If Dave is in charge, it all goes smoothly. Anyone else, you get 1-6 mistaks, have to either go through your groceries BEFORE you drive away, or risk having to return to swap out for the ciorrect ones. OFTEN, what's online is NOT IN STOCK. Their computer page went down 2 weeks ago and Manager denied anything was wrong Turns out central number recorded a "TECHNICAL ERROR" within 10 minutes, called back, Manager disputed. Then , at my insistence, she double checked, saw the message herself, wasted 3 hours of my morning. WARNING> Yesterday, instead of correcting for the preditable mis-shopped item, manager sent girl out with receipt in front of her, ARGUING THAT I MADE THE MISTAKE WHEN I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT SHOP THAT ITEM UNTIL I JUST SHUT MY CAR DOOR AND DROVE OFF AFTER 30 MINUTES FOR A TRIP THAT SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN 10 MINUTES WARNING--- GO THROUGH YOUR SHOPPED GROCERIES BEFORE YOU PLACE GROCERIES IN YOUR CAR> CALL IN ADVANCE AND MAKE SURE DAVE IS IN CHARGE> THE FRANCHISE MAKES A BIG SHOW THAT THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE> IT"S HIT OR MISS AND KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY OF THEIR STORES HAVE BEEN CLOSED IN THE STATE OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS> Would GO TO BIG Y IF THEY HAD CURBSIDE PICKUP.THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION HAS BEEN ESPECIALLY PROBLEMATIC OVER 4 YEARS. THEIR CENTRALIZED CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE COULD CARE LESS.
Their offers are fake and notice when you get home there are always mistakes. The one on the cash is very slow. You hate to return to this store again. Yesterday I bought from them and there was an increase of about 40 dollars. Note that all my purchases do not exceed 120 dollars.

Clean aisles and friendly cashiers. The restrooms need some TLC but overall was a good experience. They except competitor coupons but I have noticed that for the most part they have the most reasonably priced grocery. The employees working the deli are very polite and courteous:) Recommended!!
