The Flower Stop

I had roses delivered to my wife for Valentine's day this year. Rachael took my order and was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. She gave me a heads up that they might not have red roses (typical guy, ordered last minute), but offered suggestions of other colors that might look nice, and other flower combinations. So I took her suggestion and trusted her to come up with something nice. Ended up with a dozen peach roses in a very pretty ceramic vase. The delivery woman was also very polite & friendly. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and good at what they do. We've had good luck there before, and they will definitely be getting our business going forward!

My daughter always sends the most beautiful arrangements for my birthday and this years was a huge disappointment! She orders through 1-800 flowers and this place “The Flower Stop” who was picked to make and deliver did a horrible job! This is the arrangement she THOUGHT she was sending for the ridiculous amount of money spent and this is what was received. Basically it’s a vase with lots of greenery and baby breath (which none was in the arrangement she ordered) and a few carnations (pink) which the arrangement she wanted was specifically red and white and green for Christmas and NOT ONE BEAUTIFUL WHITE LILY. They basically replaced a lot of cheap baby’s breath for the Lily’s.

I love Ruby and her crew at The Flower Stop! They did the flowers for our wedding! We have also used Flower Stop for my Mom's funeral and my Uncle's funeral. Anytime we want flowers for a Holiday like Valentine's Day, birthdays, Easter, etc...we use The Flower Stop. I really like how I can sit down with Ruby and talk about flowers, colors, etc...I appreciate the authenticity and personal touch Ruby and her crew use when making arrangements!

(11.25.25--see update below.) I ordered through 1800 Flowers the large size of the Floral Embrace flowers--the first photo. The second photo is what was actually received from The Flower Shop in West Springfield. Embarrassing. Could have picked them up myself from Big Y. Maybe that's what they did! Update 11.25.25: 1800 Flowers gave me a 50% credit that I just received. The Flower Shop had offered to resend an but I declined. Chose the credit instead. From now on I'll use only flowers that 1800Flowers sends directly and avoid when they use local vendors.

Have received several arrangements and sent arrangements to friends and family and they are always beautifully put together! They are always so accommodating with requests and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend going through them, great value for your money!
