It’s a solid, straightforward grocery store. The food is fresh, prices are about what you’d expect, and the store is clean. Carts are usually available, and everything runs smoothly. Nothing fancy, just a reliable place to shop.
My visit to this stop and shop was my 1st. I was impressed very clean well stocked and friendly staff. I loved the deli and seafood dept.
Quick in and out will be ok I guess if u must but wouldn't recommend. Manager is silly telling her coworker she gotta pee multiple times like what I mean do u want him to wipe ya butt. Just say use the restroom or better yet ask for coverage and just walk away. That's bit ghetto and unprofessional if u ask me
Went to peruse the discounted produce, of which there was much to choose - many, many smoothie/nice cream/bread worthy bananas, apples, yellow squash, etc. Everything seemed well ordered & all appeared clean. Thank you, Stop & Shop!
Bought meat got home it was brown on the bottom and didn't smell right.Took it and receipt back to the store for return.Front end manager told me the product i was returning didn't match price on receipt. Ok not my problem you have the product and receipt but she still felt the need to call me a liar and say meat i was returning was not same as what i purchased. Very rude kept calling me love. Finally got my refund from another employee. I will NEVER buy from Stop& Shop again! Big Y has best customer service hands down. I will gladly pay extra for polite employees that don't call me a liar and refer to me as Love!
