The woman I spoke to was very nice. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter and I was very disappointed when my granddaughter provided me a picture of what she received. Nothing like what I ordered.
The finished products were beautiful. We ordered prom flowers. Her corsage wristband turned her wrist black and ended up losing one of the flowers during the night. The boutonnière was to be held on by magnets but they weren’t strong enough to hold on through the tux lapel and kept falling off. Having paid $80 because they were Calla Lily’s I expected better of the product I paid for. I only wish I had photos to share.
My daughter ordered me a flower arrangement for mothers day. They were delivered late on Sat. afternoon and by Wednesday the bouquet was dead. I contacted Wilbraham Flowers via their contact us form via my email they sent to review the flowers and never heard from them, I then after many days also left a review to which was not published on their website since it was not a good review. I have been receiving flowers for many years and know how to take care of bouquets. The roses that were in this arrangement never even opened, and turned brown. The entire bouquet was tossed on Wednesday night it was a waste of $70.00 Stay away
Best florist in the business, period! Claudia has handled multiple family events and services, even taking me to her supplier to pick out items when they weren't in the shop. Brings fresh arrangements every week to the office, and our clients always compliment. Thanks Clau!
No flowers at my wedding. That sums up my complaint. I should have known not to hire them. Every time I walked in her store, she never knew who I was. She lost paperwork from our first meeting months before my wedding. Her excuse was she thought my wedding was on a different day. I met with her weeks before my wedding to make final arrangements and I called the week before to confirm everything. She also had the audacity to ask me how come I didn't call. All my other vendors showed up and I didn't have to call them. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
