Pondview Florist

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day in sympathy of a death in a co-worker's family. I was unsure because I couldn't see any examples on the website (it just said "Designer's Choice) and I am in another state, but the reviews were good so I crossed my fingers. You can rest assured that Pondview Florist will not disappoint - the arrangement was delivered on time and was gorgeous!

Absolutely lovely florist shop, very helpful with picking out flowers based on personal preferences and vase size. You can even bring your own vase to them to help with the selection. Very affordable as well.

I used this local florist for the first time to send warm wishes to a special family and wanted the absolute best arrangement for him and his wife. The recipient was very appreciative and did say that the flowers were beautiful, smelled amazing and were still holding up days later, however, I as the purchaser was a bit disappointed when I received the picture of them. I paid for the "deluxe" version of the arrangement and expected it to be obviously better or at least fuller than the "standard" version shown online. They did not meet my expectations. I am posting a collage of both the STANDARD version of the flower arrangement that is posted on their website next to what my DELUXE version of flowers that were delivered. Judge for yourself!

I called Pond View yesterday at 4:45 p.m. (the shop closes at 5:00) asking if if here was any possibility to create and deliver a big basket of flowers to a funeral home by 9:00 a.m. today. It was an unreasonable request to be sure. But, not too much for Pond View!!! The owner herself made a spectacular arrangement and delivered it to Lanes funeral home in plenty of time! When I saw the arrangement and thought about what I had paid, I was doubly impressed. The size and the quality of the flowers were great, and It would’ve been at least twice the price at the Boston florist (the one we all used to use). I read an article in a business magazine many years ago that talked about the difference between good work and good service. Pond view provided both. I look forward to working with them again. Now

Pondview did an AMAZING job with all of our wedding flowers! They helped us decide and narrow down what we wanted and all the flowers looked very fresh and all set up in place when we arrive at the venue. They are so easy to work with. I will 100% use them again!!
