This classic Worcester store got a facelift. The layout has changed but I think it will be easy to find everything once I visit a few times. The bread is in the corner near the dairy and the baking aisle is past the frozen. There were lots of staff available to help me find things. The walls have murals (?) and they now use fancy tall vase like containers for end cap displays. The floral section seems bigger, and the door in the middle is now gone. The parking lot is long and hasn’t changed. I didn’t visit the bathrooms on this trip. And I left not finding the croutons. Right now everything is on sale; so many BOGOs. I will be back to take more advantage of the sales. I liked the large selection of Goya products.

Great, beautifully stocked store (minus the restrooms). Lots of selection in person. DO NOT attempt to order online for delivery though. Absolutely terrible service. We've ordered twice this month (Feb 2026) and they are "out of stock" on 30-40% of our order? Not a chance. I guess Ill go back to getting my deliveries from Walmart.

I had a wonderful experience at store #148 on October 24, 2025, around 10AM. Before visiting, I called the floral department and spoke with Sarah. She was so kind and helpful over the phone and offered to hold the flowers I needed for a Quinceañera event. When I arrived at the store, Sarah went above and beyond to assist me. She showed me additional floral options I might like and even contacted another Price Chopper location to check if they had more of the flowers I was looking for. Her dedication and customer service were truly exceptional. I’ve never encountered someone as thoughtful and attentive as Sarah. She has outstanding customer service skills and was such a pleasure to speak with. I truly hope she receives recognition for her amazing work. Thank you so much for the wonderful help, Sarah! I really appreciate it and look forward to shopping with you again.

Worst grocery store I've ever been too. Dirty floor, broken doors, peeling paint, water damage, poor selection all at surprisingly high prices for the experience. Highlight being the older woman who was wearing what looked like a bath robe managing the self check out lanes that was beyond rude and hostile. If she hadn't lashed out and called me stupid for needing help with an item that wasn't scanning I'd understand why she was so miserable, because the store genuinely is a miserable place. Avoid at all costs

Good selection of products, and the Price AdvantEdge programme makes good savings too. I'm partial to chicken so it was nice to see the various prepared meats on display.
