The Best grocery store I've been in a long time! Fantastic Seafood dept.(Pic) They have a wide variety of everything. I didn't get a pic of the deli/international cheeses but there were cheeses I've never seen, even truffle cheese. I was Amazed by most of the service departments for variety

I have alot to say but I will just leave these pictures with rotten end pieces of so called lettuce. Pretty darn expensive for 1 egg and a few bits of chicken and crumbled bacon with 2 teeny cherry tomatoes.live & learn.also you need to abide by your own rules on sign entering store.no smoking on property.always enjoyed shopping here.now its a nightmare and your girl in a.m. hours at self checkout is rude but the only one Ive ever seen cleaning the area.step it up Price Chopper!!!

Went and selected a cake from the window at the bakery counter. This was a birthday cake for my daughter who turns two years old today. I asked them to put happy birthday and my daughter's name. The clerk took the cake put his hands all over the bottom of the cake ruining the edges of the frosting with his fingers. Finger prints everywhere. He then took the cake to the back to write Happy Birthday Sophia. The associate had to get help from another associate in the back from another department. After 15 minutes he comes back. The cake looked different. As if it was dropped. The frosted balloons were moved the top design on the cake was then altered by them and the writing was illegible. I did not purchase the cake. Terrible service, inexperienced and I'll equipped staff. Do better!!!

had a very disappointing experience with Judith regarding a pickup order scheduled between 12:00 and 1:00 PM. We never received any text notification that our order was ready. The person picking up went inside shortly after 1:00 PM to check, and Judith immediately responded in a very rude manner, saying that if it were ready, we would have received a text. We politely explained that no message had been received at all. Instead of addressing the issue respectfully, she continued to be dismissive. After leaving the store to wait outside, she later came out with the order and was rude again. We spend a significant amount of money here every week and use the pickup service regularly. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when we were polite and simply trying to resolve a mistake that was not our fault. This experience was very unprofessional, and staff should be better trained in customer service and communication. It’s also 1:40pm and we already picked up the order and the app still didn’t update and we never received the text!

I am so sick of this grocery store. The food is stale, moldy, old and sometimes OPENED (unsafe and ew….). It’s pretty much twice the spend every time you go here compared to way nicer stores. They don’t have any variety in selection- try finding raw cashews or any sort of healthy food… doesn’t exist. I absolutely hate this grocery store.
