Wish i would have found these reviews before falling for this SCAM. Best suggestion for future victims is to report the fraud to your credit card company and file a DISPUTE. The picture on the left is what I ordered ( final cost $122) and photo on the right is what was received!
DO NOT ORDER from this company. It’s A Scam! Absolutely terrible service! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Be Aware they add on extra charges and increase the price. The person lied and said that she was local and guaranteed the same day delivery. They never delivered flowers, said production issue in an email, couldn’t get a hold of a customer service person. Had to cancel on line and I am hoping I get my money back. Ordered from another company and wasted over an hour of my time. The worst part is my 94 yo aunt did not get flowers from me on her birthday! They completely misrepresented themselves. I DO NOT recommend Ava’s flowers.
Do NOT order from here. 0 stars if I could. Spent $133 on a flower delivery that never made it. Cannot connect with them on their website and when they do call back their phones are so choppy you can't hear them. Still working on getting my money back. Complete disappointment!!
Read the reviews...wish I had. National on-line presence, even difficult to find true Google review site to post honest reviews as opposed to filtered. Buy your flowers elsewhere. Photo representation not even close to what's delivered. And wait until you see the service charge added to order at the end. Disappointing experience.
I ordered flowers for my wife and paid $10 extra for rush delivery promised before 2pm. Around 2:30, I checked the status and they weren’t even out for delivery yet. I tried calling their phone number on their website multiple times and could never get to a live person and even their automated system just kept repeating itself. They finally contacted me by email saying they had questions regarding my order and said they could not deliver the flowers today they would be delivered tomorrow. Mind you I did a rushed delivery for prior to 2 PM. I told them I would still like the flowers, but I expect a discount they offered me four dollars off of my $100 bouquet. I advised them to just cancel my order and I will go with a flower shop that can fulfill their promises. I will absolutely never use this company again.
