I purchased the $79.95 bouquet for my close friend yet she received a much smaller version. Initially I was disappointed in the arrangement but as you can see in the comments this was to make the arrangement beautiful on all sides. Delivery was timely and I can appreciate the variance once explained. Going to 4 stars.
With less than a month to go before my twice-postponed backyard wedding, I called up Norton's-Chelsea Flower Shop with only a vague idea of what kind of bouquet I wanted. Tim was a pleasure to work with and brought my hazy vision to life! My bouquet was perfect and the customer service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this flower shop.
To say I am disappointed is a understatement. Ordered flowers on 10/2 and received a call asking if the flowers could be delivered the next day. I agreed to this; however, they never got delivered. On 10/8 I called the shop and was told they would be delivered on 10/9 and I requested they be delivered to the front desk. The person who answered the phone stated she would make a note of this. Today, 10/13, I called again as rhe flowers still WEREN'T DELIVERED. I told the girl on the phone that I requested these be left at the front desk when delivered. She told me my card wouldn't be charged until the flowers were delivered BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED AND PAID ON 10/2. I questioned why the charge was more than the emailed receipt and was told there is an internet charge for ordering online (which is not disclosed on the website). Finally the flowers were delivered today, 10/13....11 days after they were ordered. This is completely unacceptable. They took payment in full, failed to deliver and when there was an issue failed to call the customer. I ordered from this shop based on reviews (as I live 6 hours away). I do not recommend this shop.
