Walmart Supercenter

I like when the associate that is working the fast lane asks if you want them to scan something heavy in your basket. Today was one of those days. I'm sorry I didn't look for his name tag, he was a red head and very pleasant not just to me. I heard him ask others also. The girl that was working with him didn't. It's nice to have them take the time to do that, I wish there was more of them that offered.

This store has plenty of parking spots and easy to access anything you might need in the store! Its a one stop shop for sure! The shopping carts were clean and well maintained as was the hole store! Now the only downfall was 2 things the workers arnt very friendly and give attitude WAY to quick! And secondly there were 40 check-out lanes and most the time they are ALL closed! You are funneled to the "Self Checkout" lanes where you must ring up your own items and you must bag them as well! So out of all i rate this must see store a huge 4/5 ☆s.

I've always thought of Walmart as a place for budget shopping, but lately, the customer service has taken a nosedive. During my last visit, I had a simple question about a product, and it took me nearly half an hour to find someone who could help. And when I finally did, they seemed totally clueless. It's not just about one bad experience, though. I've noticed a pattern of unhelpful and often misinformed employees. It's frustrating when you need assistance and the staff seems just as lost as you are. It makes the whole shopping experience a lot less appealing. Honestly, it feels like Walmart needs to invest more in training its employees. Otherwise, customers like me might start looking elsewhere, even if it means paying a bit more. The lack of competent help just isn't worth the hassle.

sat here in the pickup for 20 minutes waiting for a single item. called them and they and let them know 3 cars that parked after us received their orders and i’m still waiting, they said “ okay it will be out shortly.” it in fact was not out shortly, we watched an additional 5 cars that got there after us get their orders. i called again. had the same conversation about not receiving my single idem they once again said it would be out shortly. again it was not, we watched another 4 cars get their orders. absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate of my time as i sat there for an HOUR FOR A SINGLE THING. huge waste of time yall should really get it together. -10/10 don’t use the pick up complete waste of time.

I don't mind Walmart; I go there all the time. However, I just finished checking out at Big Rapids Walmart, and there were only three employees assisting customers. The employee who checked me out, Elizabeth, had red hair and was moving extremely slowly. There were over ten people behind us, and she was slurring her words and zoning out, as if she were under the influence of marijuana. She even smelled like it. I'm generally a nice person, but the situation was genuinely messed up.
