Flowers by Grace was so incredible to work with. I live across the country and had ordered flowers using one of the national chain places...they cancelled my order last minute because they couldn't fulfill it. I called Flowers by Grace, who was able to put together an absolutely gorgeous bouquet and still make the delivery happen same-day. I found Flowers by Grace in Cass City, Michigan on line...and I thank God for Grace and her staff! We wanted to send an extra special flower arrangement to my Aunt for her 80th birthday, and Grace took the time with me to be sure our requests for the flowers and card were tended to with perfect accuracy and great care. The roses, filler flowers, and greens were extra fresh and Grace's talents in floral design are beyond breath taking! She sent me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery (so that family members not in the area could see the flowers), and they were delivered early in the day on my Aunt's birthday to ensure her day would be started out with a huge bang! When the delivery specialist found no one home upon their arrival they called my Aunt to alert her to the delivery. She and my Uncle came right home to retrieve the stunning bouquet and she was truly bowled over by the beauty and splendor of her surprise! Grace created a lovely assortment for my mom’s birthday. I love out of state but it was easy to order, pay, have the flowers delivered.
