Chelsea Village Flowers

I recently received a gift card that I was looking forward to spending on a bouquet or a plant, however we are not from Chelsea, and the purchase would be sitting in our car for many hours in the bitter cold, so I opted for a box of chocolates. She didn’t not want me to leave without a flower, she she prepared a beautiful rose for me to take on the house… five stars for excellent customer service, and making me feel appreciated as a customer!

Very rude on the phone. I was already anxious about calling in because I was trying to set up an order for a film I am doing and had never done this kind of thing before. The lady I spoke to in person was very kind and said she would help me, and to call them to schedule a consult. I got a card from her which I assumed had a name on it, but when I took it out of my wallet the name wasn't on there. She gave her name which I couldn't remember, but she said she would make a note and I figured I'd just have to mention what it was and it would jog someones memory or they would at least know who I was talking about. I called to set this up as I am on a deadline, but could not remember the name of the person I spoke to. I called and tried to explain the situation, and the person on the phone was incredibly passive aggressive and rude. Everytime I tried to talk about how it was to schedule an in person consult she kept pushing me to just make an order, which was not why I was calling. The lady I spoke to earlier was going to have a meeting with me, and we were going to discuss flowers that would work for the story being told. The lady on the phone was not interested. I was trying my best to be professional with her because I had a good initial meeting at the establishment, but that interaction turned me off to ever using them in the future. There was a particular moment when I misheard "When is the project" as "What is the project". I began to describe the topic, and she caught me off and snapped "WHEN. I SAID WHEN." I began to say the date, and I just felt like "Why am I continuing this conversation, there's another florist out there that would be far more interested and wouldn't be so rude", and I hung up mid sentence because she discouraged me from pursuing their business any further. I felt like I was inconveniencing her, and it seemed to me at that moment that I should take my business elsewhere instead of being treated like that. I'm bummed because the person I spoke to first was great, and I was excited to showcase their flowers in my project and give them full credit for their help as well as my money. If you go I hope you interact with her, and not the person I spoke with. Too bad I can't remember her name 😅

Jen, we LOVE your shoppe! I thoroughly enjoy taking my wife to lunch and then coming in for a bunch of roses every week. I love the challenge of keeping them going for a week or longer....l still have last weeks roses going and tomorrow is day 8!!! Cheers! Mike n Amy

My boyfriend has gotten me flowers from Jenny on multiple occasions now, and they are all SO perfectly arranged! You can always tell they are put together with so much thought and care, not to mention they last so long in the vase! We have a cat and she always puts together beautiful bouquets that are kitty safe. 🐱
