So upset with the experience I had today. My son sent me flowers for my birthday and I showed up so excited to receive them. These 2 ladies working in there were not nice at all. Beyond that terrible customer service my order was not ready even though a message was sent 2 hours earlier stating it was. My son had sent a message for the card and was so upset to hear I never got the message. The lady put my bouquet together with me standing there, grabbed the card(wrote nothing), stick and just sat it in it while asking the other lady for a business card. We definitely won’t be needing that. I just want to say that I have been wanting to support y’all since you opened and that’s how my baby knew what to get and you all ruined it.

If I could give no stars I would. I received flowers on 11/3 when they were supposed to be same day delivery on 11/2. Which caused an argument for not remembering my birthday and when I received the flowers at six pm. Last minute. I had dead flowers and only four roses. This is false promotion. And displays. My Bouquet of u wanna call it that had only 7 flowers two which were not even roses and no fluff. All the other flowers were slim and no flower food. Didn’t really need that cause the leaves are dead. If they were open by the time I got them I would have called, and I was suppose to have a card and note. But I guess they also ran out of those. Even the hand writing on the card was ugly and rushed. I have no idea but my first experience was horrible. If they can’t give me a 65 dollar flower bouquet that’s pretty then at least make it full.

Had ordered a bouquet for a friend who had a loss in their family. I'm not good with flowers, so I left the arrangement to their expertise. I just wanted it lavender. The bouquet they sent exceeded my expectations!!! It was so beautiful and completely lifted my friend's spirits! She can't stop raving about them! Will definitely be ordering from them again, as well as spreading the word! They are a GREAT company with AMAZING people behind it!

I visited this location based on my girlfriend's recommendation for Valentine's Day. I placed an online order a few weeks back. I thought I placed an order for delivery and tried to contact via email and phone with no response. The day of Valentine's Day. I was able to pick up the order after 3 pm. It was a smooth transaction. However, I was missing a topper that was paid for but it was business and plenty of orders to fill. They replaced it with a teddy bear and chocolate as they ran out of butterflies. Overall, there are some improvements but I'd order again from this location. Do the online order to avoid last minute pick up.

Ordered bouquet for Mother’s Day on Friday 5/9/25 and order was placed and processed. Come Sunday, I receive no notice of delivery or delay. As of 10:30 on 5/11/25, my mother has still not received her $125.00 bouquet. I received no communication towards my order regarding a delay or cancellation. I am extremely upset and will not be placing another order from this company again. The customer service is terrible and the owner has no sort of professionalism when it comes to heavy traffic on her site, customer service, or consolation. Terrible, terrible service, DO NOT ORDER.
