I placed a flower order while living in Canada because I wanted to send flowers to someone in Detroit. I looked for the most elegant and trustworthy flower shops, and after checking their reviews, it seemed like this one was reliable. But after my experience, that trust was clearly misplaced. I scheduled the delivery for October 11, yet they delivered it on October 10 in the morning. That was honestly shocking to me. I had chosen that specific date for a reason — something important that was supposed to happen that day — and delivering the flowers earlier completely ruined the purpose. What made it worse is that when I contacted them, they didn’t even apologize or show any concern. No acknowledgment, no explanation, nothing. This kind of business is not just about selling flowers — it’s about emotions, timing, and meaning. Delivering early isn’t a small mistake; it changes the entire message. For a business this sensitive and personal, their lack of professionalism and empathy was truly disappointing.
I’ve used Schroeter’s several times. They are dependable and do a really nice job. These photos are from a Get Well gift that the recipient sent to me this past week.
Extremely disappointed with this "Premium" arrangement! Not only did they arrive nearly 4 hours after the requested time they didn't even attempt to substitute for the lack of color variety issue that they so obviously have. [$151.00] I should've spent elsewhere, I feel ripped off!
My shopping experience was amazing! Even though the store didn’t have all the flowers and plant materials that were included in the photo I showed them, they were willing to work with me and came up with an amazing arrangement, at a reasonable cost. Thank you so much!!!
I heard later in the day on a Saturday that my dad was getting released from the hospital after experiencing a heart attack. I placed an order very close to closing time so I had wishful thinking that they would able to swing it. The order was delivered soon after his arrival home and my dad was so thankful. The flowers came out even more beautiful than the online store photo. Thank you for brightening the day.
