I wanted a nice arrangement for my cousin in hospital rehab following serious surgery. Lois was very helpful in putting together a nice arrangement which was well received and appreciated by my cousin. I asked if she would text me a photo of the final arrangement, which she was glad to do. I appreciated the positive customer service attitude she showed. I would certainly do business with Carousel again.

This place is amazing! Louise is the sweetest woman. She made us a last minute corsage and boutonniere tonight for my sons homecoming tomorrow. She did it without hesitation and they are absolutely beautiful. I first called vogts and they wanted 40 dollars starting out for a corsage. The ones here start at 7 and go up from there depending on what you want. I love the fact that she had some more affordable options. My son will be able to enjoy his homecoming without worrying about not having the flowers. It looked like a really cool place and I can't wait to come back and check out the plants in the greenhouse. Thank you Louise for everything!
The roses were fresh and the presentation+delivery service were good. The only reason I am giving it a 3 stars is because the arrangement was a bit simple and overpriced. Not sure if it was pricey due to the delivery service but I normally get an arrangement like that my nearest grocery store for $25-35.
I love coming here for all my flowers. I always make sure to support our small local businesses. This place gives me mom and pop shop vibes. The customer service is wonderful, and they truly take pride in their flowers. Definitely recommend!!
