Bought a bouquet for my mom for her birthday that ended up coming with substitutions that didn’t look quite as colorful as the picture online. Was expecting a bit more vibrancy but instead got a monotone bouquet with flowers not pictured originally. I know there is a substitution policy which is fine but not exactly what I was picturing for her to receive. Flowers looked older, browning in places. and kind of smashed. Not as full as the picture online either.
My go to florists! Sam and Enaya the owners have been nothing but amazing! 10/10 from customer service to the arrangements. They’ve always exceeded my expectations and the wife is always happy. For any occasion. Since they’ve been on ford road to their beautiful new location, truly the best!
