The recipient said the flowers were beautiful, but sadly, the card was not written as I had ordered. I did my order online and got a call to confirm the credit card, not super friendly and she stated she wishes people would call rather than order online. Also when I tried to call back, no answer and no voice mail.
We placed our order 12 days ahead of time through FTD.com for flowers for my mother's funeral (the casket spray to adorn the casket and another arrangement for the church). We got a call from the funeral home the day before the flowers were to be delivered (which happened to be a Sunday!) and were told that Twigs N Blooms had just called them and told them that they could not fulfill the order because they did not have flowers. I am not sure how a florist cannot have flowers, especially for an order placed almost two weeks prior. That is not the kind of news you want to hear under any circumstances, but especially in this situation. Fortunately FTD.com found another florist who seemed to have no problem getting flowers.
Ordered flowers online early yesterday for a celebration of life. I get a call today that they don’t have the product I ordered and weren’t willing to drive 18 minutes to deliver. The person on the phone was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I explained that I submitted my order yesterday and the response I received was “well do you want to come in and look at my computer??” So many other choices in Gaylord like Rosemary and Pepper. I called them desperate for same day delivery and they were so kind and helpful!
Delivered by a very sweet, older gentleman. Wonderful service, beautiful flowers! They stayed beautifully bloomed all week, smelled absolutely delightful, and were even regifted at the end of the week, making someone else’s day brighter!
I was literally embarrassed when these “flowers” were delivered to my work. I have included pics of what I got and what was actually ordered. When I called the lady on the phone immediately got defensive for me saying I was unhappy with what was delivered and started yelling at me when o read to her the customer promise of if you are unhappy they will make it right. She was so rude and unhelpful! All she told me I could do was dispute the charge. Seriously listen to the reviews AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!
