The woman that helped me in over the phone was lovely, but I Specifically asked for bright yellows oranges and reds. Had a $100 budget and asked for designers choice. The arrangement was for a funeral that was DIRECTLY across the street from the shop. The arrangement did not have 1 focal flower in it and was a mix of the most muted rust color mums you ever did see, which are filler flowers, not signature. Really unhappy with what we got. Almost embarrassed and felt completely taken advantage of because we ordered from out of town.
The poeple here was so goshdarn helpful! I needed specific colored flowers for a wedding cake and they more than delivered. This shop is absolutely fantastic.
Overpriced and nothing like what I asked for. I asked for an arrangement with 2 flowers, one a bright, traffic cone orange and the other bright green. I asked for a modern look with no filler. I went in person and showed pictures of what I wanted (added to this review). I was asked how many flowers and I specifically stated a dozen of each bloom. I was quoted a price of $80, not including delivery. What I got was fit for a Christmas funeral and could have been purchased from Horrocks for less than $20. I am incredibly disappointed.
My husband ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and was shorted a balloon that he paid for. And the delivery lady was very rude!
Received this arrangement for my birthday. There is too much yellow! My friend who sent them shared with me the photo from the website. They could have added more purple. I'm not sure why an arrangement of flowers would not fill the whole vase, instead of an entire side being greenery. These remind me of funeral flowers that fave an audience. These are overpriced and not worth the money. Jon Anthony's used to have a great reputation.I'm really disappointed in the amount of money that was spent compared to what I received.
