We walked in for some decorations in our wedding ceremony. After asking us the color and how big the bouquet we want, the lady picked up some combinations real quick. After we agreed on the arrangement, she made the bouquets really quick and they look truly amazing! Flowers are very fresh in the freeze room, and the service is perfect. Thanks!

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The owner is just down right rude. I called up and gave permission to hit my credit card for $40...looked at my account the next day and they charged over $50! I called not only to find out they tacked on extra charges but the flowers were never delivered. At that point all I wanted was a "sorry" a small refund to get the extra amount back and the flowers delivered. She then got very angry saying she tried to call me (which she never did) and was coming up with excuses. I then said "never mind...please just refund my entire order"...she said "fine" and hung up on me. I had to call back at talk with someone else to make sure that my refund happened...NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I'd give them a 0 if I could...PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS OF OTHERS. YOU CAN SEE MOST WHO REVIEWED THEM HIGHLY HAVE NO COMMENTS....anyway. I sent a 80 dollar floral arrangement and they sent what I feel I could have went to Krogers, purchased flowers and done myself. Man answering the phone at the shop wanted to argue with me (where's the customer service?) instead of legitimately listening to my concerns. They didn't have the helium for the birthday balloon and he thinks I got my money worth because they substituted it with what he calls a $20 teddy bear (I'd much rather had a balloon). This is the second time I've known this florist to send inferior arrangements and I will never use them again. I have a certification in floral design and I know I didn't receive my monies worth.

I had to google this number in order to figure out where this terrible customer service came from! A friend of mine from out of state had ordered me flowers for my birthday. They had called me and left a voicemail stating that they have flowers that they need to deliver and want to know where they can drop it off at and if I was available. I called them back to let them know if they had a time frame, as it is my birthday and I have other plans. She sighed really loud on the phone " i don't know a time it is 27 degrees outside and it is slippery and people like to run stop signs" in a very rude tone. So I asked if she knew who the sender was because I didn't know who sent them at the time. She preceded to say "Oh my god" as if she was irritated that I asked the question. Then I hear a man in the background yell "Just tell her mid day!". They are very unprofessional and clearly hate their job. What was the point of calling me to ask of my availability?

Buyer beware. Flowers ordered online go through a third party. My first issue is that they were delivered but to the wrong address. I contacted the florist directly and the re-sent but was not what I ordered. I order a multi plant item called the “Forever Green Plant Garden” which has NO fresh cut flowers. What was sent was no at all what was ordered. It was all fresh cut flowers. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and all I get now is the runaround of who’s fault it is. Now having to deal with my credit card company to get a charge back.
