Hyacinth House has been great. Never been to Van Peenen's or seen a sign for this "business". It has been Hyacinth House for over 25 years that I am aware of. Hyacinth House has everything from flower bouquets to plants that are decades old. I could be mistaken and there could be a Van Peenen, just not sure where in the area with the space Hyacinth House covers. Hope this helps.
