Wild Strawberry and More Lansing

They delivered before noon per my request however I’m disappointed because what I seen online was not what was received by the recipient. The flowers were still pretty just not wow!

So Ruth the owner is the worst with customer service-someone had placed an order for my friends Birthday and then canceled it. The flowers had already been prepared and delivered to her place of work. How embarrassing for my friend when Ruth told her she is going to come and pick them up...its her birthday Ruth have a heart and consider the rules of good customer service. Or better yet have some compassion for someone on their birthday and being that its your company's mistake that they were even delivered maybe you should just take the loss! I will never order anything from you place of business and will make sure everyone I know stairs clear of your shop until you change your attitude and maybe handle situations like this with a little more kindness and understanding for the person receiving the devastating news that you have to pick up their flowers on such a special day.

I received a UPS door tag stating that my paycheck had been delivered to this store. When I went to the store it was closed, but the owner Ruth took me to the back of the store anyway to show me that my check unfortunately had not been delivered. She felt bad about the mixup, gave me a beautiful pink rose, and said to call her the next day to see if it showed up. The following day, Ruth called me to let me know that UPS had just dropped off my check. She was very kind, helpful, and understanding in this situation. She also designs beautiful bouquets! Thanks Ruth!

A large bouquet of flowers was ordered for my friend on her birthday by someone anonymous and they delivered them to her this morning. They just called to tell her the order was actually canceled, they did not mean to send it in the first place and they are coming to take it back! How embarrassing!! It happened in front of everyone in our company. We called to discuss it with them and talked to Ruth, who said she was the owner. She hung up on me twice!! They do not care at all to make this better.

Josh at Wild Strawberry and More ran into a problem where the local florist who were to deliver to my Mother in Law in Marshall Mi ran out of the special vase I had chose. There are supply problems because of Covid 19. On their website it said it was available and it Was in Lansing, but not near Marshall. I was very disappointed as I had spent a lot of time finding a florist who had this particular vase and flowers available. At this point Josh offered to have their shop in Lansing deliver the arrangement to my Mother in Law. It's a 45 minute drive! Well they did and she has her flowers. Very Professional! What great service. Thank you!
