This was a most Beautiful floral arrangement. The Beautiful roses were meticulously arranged. The floral aroma was so blurry pleasant. The box of very large strawberries 🍓 dipped in different chocolates were a wonderful surprise.
The flowers themselves are gorgeous; lush, rich in color, fragrant, & well-arranged. However, the intent was “GET WELL” for an 86 year old. There was a juvenile, brightly colored HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon sticking out of the top. For a hospital patient having confusion, this was an unfortunate mistake. Wish my mother received what was intended (& appropriate.)
Wonderful service! My brothers surprised me with 3 dozen roses, a bear and a box of chocolates. I wasn’t home and it was a surprise! They had to re deliver them. They tried contacting me but we were at the movies and my ringer was off! I felt so bad but they graciously re delivered (these were fresh flowers) the very next day. It was on a weekend and they went out of their way; I am an hour away from the flower shop
I will never buy flowers from this company again. I ordered a Boutonnière and Corsage to be delivered to my home Friday (10/3). My son has homecoming tomorrow (10/4). I received the first order (10/3) around 3pm. I was completely shocked by the condition of the corsage. I spoke with customer service and they said a replacement would be sent in the evening (10/3). The replacement of the corsage looks worse if you can believe that. The corsage (light pink roses) are wilted and brown. They look terrible and the replacement was even worse than the first order. This is absolutely unacceptable, look at the photos and zoom in, they speak for themselves.
I have received 5 arrangements from this place in 2 months time and I am very satisfied each time. The arrangement comes fresh and in bloom so you can watch the flowers bloom. The fragrance is amazing when you walk in the room and smell the well crafted arrangement that last for weeks. I really hope my secret admirer do not stop sending these arrangements. Thank you!!!!
