Sasha did a wonderful job listening and communicating what I wanted for the floral arrangement ! As you can see , it was amazing! The designer did a beautiful job and also got a lot of compliments. I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral. It was the most beautiful! The colors were vibrant and arranged so nicely. The ladies listed to every detail that I had wished for. I live out of state and they even sent me a photo which was so appreciated. I’ve already told several friends if they ever need a floral arrangement that they should definitely call Vanessa’s! Thank you so much for placing love and kindness in every detail!

Really excellent customer service and beautiful arrangements. I placed a same-day pickup order for two distinct (in terms of size and color) sympathy bouquets. The front desk employee was immediately helpful upon entering and took down my descriptions with care, and she communicated my requests to the stylist accurately. The stylist’s arrangements were everything I could have envisioned and more—I’ve attached pictures here for reference as those convey their beauty better than words could. Recipients of the flowers really were moved. I will continue to return to Vanessa’s for my flower needs in the future. I ordered flowers for a family member’s birthday and she was surprised and excited to receive them. She thought they were beautiful and fresh. I thought they looked better than the photo online. The sunflower looked like the size of her face and the colors were vibrant and happy looking. Thank you for preparing such a wonderful birthday gift

My elderly father went in to buy some flowers for my birthday. It was before closing on Saturday and my father is elderly. My father overpaid for some roses that had obviously been sitting around for quite sometime, instead of being discarded or deeply discounted they sold them to my father at full price. When he brought home the roses, they were not wrapped up. They were just in a cardboard box, far from presentation ready- especially considering the price that he paid! When he brought the flowers home, there was a trail of green leaves falling off. It’s only been a couple hours and we have fallen old greenery on the counter, and the rose petals are all wide open and curled, some pedals have already fallen off the roses as well. I’m very disappointed as I feel that he was taken advantage of and sold old flowers. I wish I could say something positive however selling an elderly gentleman, visably old flowers and not even wrapping them up, or having them look more presentable, and then charging an exorbitant amount of money is poor business practice. I am sorely disappointed.
