VERY happy with the arrangements we ordered. Gave the designer an idea of what we were looking for and asked her to use her best judgement. We were beyond pleased with the results. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you Thrifty!
Terrible quality. Roses didn’t even make it a week with ongoing care. Go to Walmart or another chain store, save yourself some money and let the recipient enjoy them longer!
The girls working tonight (3 I could see) were amazing. So thoughtful, compassionate and warm. While I picked out flowers for a passed loved one. Thank you for making my day brighter and for making a difference.
We had ordered a special tropical arrangement for my brother's funeral. Last minute, the special flowers were not available. Sarah went the extra mile to make calls and was able to find them. She made an extra beautiful arrangement, even nicer than the website example. A big thank you and shout out to Sarah!
It started off good I went on Sunday made it in time before closing, I was helped with kindness as I asked for different roses and lilies. They were unfortunately out of White lilies and I was offered the pink stargazers as an alternative. Which ultimately changes the look of the bouquet I was designing but it would have sufficed. The lady and I picked some roses and lily arrangements she double checked that she had them and even gave ideas I can do which I liked and said since you guys are closing soon I don’t want to rush so I’ll be back in the morning. I called the very next morning and asked for a price for the same stargazers we spoke about the day before to refresh my memory and I was told they’re out of stock…puzzled, I mentioned I was there right before closing yesterday did you guys sell out? She paused and I was told well the ones we do have we don’t want to sell them because we want to save them for funeral arrangements. But we might get a truck later. So my natural thought is if you get a truck later today, I’m sure you will have for the funeral arrangement (if someone even orders one) as those orders are usually needed for a later date. I needed them for a special day as anyone ordering flowers would and I was literally told no. I would include the picture I took the day before of the options of arrangements I was told I had.
