I called looking for daffodils in a hurry. They are my mom’s favorite flowers. My mom is in hospice care & time was not on my side. The wonderful lady who took my call did not have any & was unable to get them right away. She told me to come to her store & she would pick her own storefront flowers for my mom…. The kindness, empathy & generosity she showed was immeasurable… I will never forget. It is not often that I am taken aback by truly lovely human beings…. She was a blessing when I needed it… Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🌼💕🙏🏼😊
i have been ordering flowers at least one a week form this store for the past few moths and I can not say how much I LOVE the flowers and how easy and great the people are to deal with.. It makes my day looking at my flowers .. I am VERY hard to deal with and this please makes me so very happy I would recommend it to anyone.. Great job guys ! Keep it up !!!
I hadn’t ordered flowers for my sister’s visitation when it started. This florist happened to be delivering flowers for my sister, so I stopped him on his way out and asked how I could order flowers for her. He wrote down my payment details and what I wanted, and a little while later, delivered the most beautiful floral basket. Thank you so much for helping me honor my sister. ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow. If I could give more than five stars for both the service and the sheer level of public humiliation Mitch experienced, I absolutely would! Let me tell you about the most hilarious, cringe-worthy day ever at Al-Lin’s Floral & Gifts. So my brother Mitch, poor guy, lost a bet and had to face his worst nightmare. He had to prance into Al-Lin's dressed as a ballerina—yes, a full-blown pink tutu, white tights, frilly ruffled bottoms, feather boa, and all. You can imagine the look on his face when he stepped inside the shop! His mortification was palpable, and the staff could not contain their laughter (not that I blame them). They welcomed him with open arms and, more importantly, wide smiles as they set the stage for what was to become the most embarrassing day of his life. Mitch thought he’d be in and out quickly, but the Al-Lin’s team had other plans. They didn’t just let him quietly buy his flowers and escape—oh no. They had Mitch perform the “I’m a Little Teapot” routine, complete with the whole tip-me-over-and-pour-me-out bit! The poor guy turned bright red as they had him pose in front of the shop sign, waving to traffic like he was in some kind of absurd ballet performance. Cars were honking, people were laughing, and I swear Mitch wanted to melt into the ground. But it didn’t end there! The staff made sure everyone saw his ballet debut by posting the whole event on social media. And to add insult to injury, Linda from the shop commented on how “adorable” Mitch looked in his frilly ruffled bottoms! I’ve never seen him so embarrassed in his life. He tried to play it cool, but you could see the defeat in his eyes as he twirled around, clutching his bouquet, knowing this would follow him forever. Now, as much as Mitch wanted to forget that day, I have to say, the flowers he picked out were absolutely stunning. The staff really knows their stuff! They helped Mitch pick out the perfect bouquet—beautifully arranged, fresh, and fragrant. Even through his shame, he admitted the flowers were top-notch and the service was amazing. The team was so friendly and helpful, even if they were laughing at him the entire time. I can't recommend Al-Lin’s Floral enough, whether you’re looking for gorgeous flowers or a chance to see your sibling mortified beyond belief. The staff has a great sense of humor, and they really know how to make a memorable experience. Mitch might be too traumatized to return, but the staff told us that Mitch made their day and he HAS to return next time he's in town (but only if he comes as a ballerina again!!) 😂 P.S. Mitch still hasn’t lived this down—and pictures are attached to prove it!
