The Blossom Shop is by far the best experience I have had with a florist!! They listen to your vision, offer ideas and absolutely nail it every single time! Simply put they care about their customers!! Not all flower arrangements are created equal and the Blossom Shop surely outshines them all. Keep doing what you are doing. They designed the most breathtakingly beautiful arrangements for my mothers birthday, Mother’s Day and funeral mass. Thank you for all of your support and excellent customer service!
Blossoms went above & beyond for us! I sent flowers from the company I work for to an employee after their family member passed. They made some adjustments to the original arrangement so I wanted to see how the final product turned out. They promptly sent me an email with the bill, texted a photo of the flowers and were able to deliver the flowers same day. I couldn’t be more pleased!

I can not speak large enough volumes for this business! They went so far above and beyond to accommodate my requests for a plant and stuffed bear for a funeral for my cousin’s wife and 38 week unborn child. She left behind a 2 year old little girl and I ordered the bear for her. They put a huge bow on it and the toddlers name! I am beyond touched at the level of care they took at such a sad time. Ordered an arrangement for delivery to my MIL who lives locally in Traverse City and it was absolutely gorgeous! I've sent online-order bouquets from big box websites before and there is really no comparison to the freshness and beauty of this arrangement!
