The employees are not friendly when you arrive at the store. Nobody tells you how to check out, which is not an easy process. The prices are not wholesale anymore. Very disappointing. . . it used to be a great store when it was Nordlie's. Roses are cheaper on amazon!
Why is it in today's economy that only reviews for the end user matters. You would think that, Kennicott being an employee owned company that they would care, but they can't figure that out!!! Sometimes a 5 but not offen.
I am a farmer florist that tends to stick to the flowers I grow on thebfarm but when a job comes in thats off season I pop in to snag flowers....Amelia is seriously the MVP. She always has a smile, she is beyond helpful, she says hi when I see her..so friendly. She helps me stay in budget and exposes me to new flowers I dont usually handle and doesnt make me feel silly for asking. Cant say enough good things about her. 🫶 She is the Kennicott GOAT!
