I wasn’t planning to leave a review, as I don’t intend to return to this store, and the only reason I'm giving one star is because there's no option to leave zero; but I feel it's important to share my experience. I visited for the first time on December 31, and was super excited about it, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering, no one greeted me or offered assistance, even though it was clear I was unfamiliar with the store. I eventually found the cooler on my own. However, I noticed that none of the fresh flowers had prices listed. At other wholesalers I patronize pricing is always clearly displayed. When I asked a staff member about pricing, his response was, "You just gotta ask one of us." He seemed rushed, rattled off prices in a hurried manner, and walked away before I could ask further questions. The supply side of the store was slightly better—prices were listed for most items—but, again, no one greeted or offered assistance. At checkout, my experience worsened. The woman at the desk (wearing a black coat and appearing to be Asian) was extremely rude. She rudely asked for my business name and when I gave it to her along with my customer number, she curtly gave me the total. When I inquired about the price of an item, she rudely informed me that spray roses were $4.50 per stem—a price I’ve never paid, even for long-stem roses. When I asked her to remove the spray roses, she adjusted the total and rudely directed me to the cashier's window to pay. Edit to add: When I got home I checked their website just to verify the price of the spray roses, and like I knew, they were nowhere near $4.50 per stem. She also overcharged me for my hypericum! The only positive part of my visit was the cashier at the payment window, who was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff left a terrible impression. There are other floral wholesalers in the metro Detroit area, and I’ll gladly drive farther or order directly from farms rather than return to this store.

I was a customer at the Flint Nordlie until it closed a month ago. It's been a hard transition, but the staff at the Detroit Nordlie has been very helpful in navigating the confusion. This was the first time I was able to make the drive down to Warren to store, but I was very impressed by the size of the place and the variety of both hard goods and fresh cut flowers! It's also gave me lots of great ideas for my flower shop!

Customer service rep Stacy K. was exceptional. She helped me make choices that delivered the look within the budget I was working with. She had my order started before I finished bringing out a second batch of flowers. She made the whole process fast and decisive with an abundance of knowledge and professionalism.

Excellent - this is much cleaner than a few of the Kennicotts I've been to. They have an excellent building, stock, and the fresh floor is on it. They s do have a smaller fresh offering than in used to, but you can order all that stuff in! 🌹

I was slightly discouraged in checking out this location due to the reviews but don’t let the negative reviews stop you! The team has been more than welcoming and helpful. First year floral designer, so I’m asking questions on nearly everything and everyone I have encountered is wildly patient. Stacy & Jim have been full service attentive and the folks at the cashiers counter have made the ending of the transaction a breeze. As a grower, the standard for freshness is set pretty high. Expect to kind of have to take a good look at things but I haven’t been surprised or highly disappointed by what I’ve found.
