I used the Flower Basket for my wedding in 2021. They did a wonderful job and the flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful! My bouquet was perfect! They brought my vision to life and made it even better than I had imagined. Also, my family and I continue to order from them for all other occasions. They never disappoint!
Disappointed in my experience with Krista at Flower Basket. We provided a detailed SOW when we booked her that included multiple inspiration pictures, descriptions, color palette, etc. She ended up adding orange, peach and yellow to arrangements, which are NOT in the color scheme. When notified, she seemed surprised and said she had peach written down in her own notes, however wasn't on her invoice nor in the SOW. Krista seems a bit disorganized / frazzled in communications and documentation which makes it a bit difficult to work with. While all flowers are beautiful and at the end of the day my guests had no idea, I was definitely disappointed.
The Flower Basket created a beautiful arrangement for my mother—in-law’s recent memorial ceremony. The various shades of pink combined with the touches of lavender and white were stunning. Everyone in attendance commented about how lovely the flowers were and how they were a perfect reflection of her favorite colors. Thank you for working with us and creating this special tribute.
We live in Utah, and ordered a bouquet in their website for our mom in South Haven. We received a prompt email confirming the order, and she received a beautiful, fresh bouquet, on time, the next day. Exactly as ordered!! We are pleased and grateful. Highly recommend this shop!
We hired Krista at The Flower Basket for our wedding at Black River Barn and were absolutely amazed with the experience! 🌸 Everything turned out exactly how I envisioned—the colors, the arrangements, and the displays were all perfect. Krista kept pricing very reasonable, and her team was so professional with both set up the morning of and clean up afterward. We also rented all of our table centerpieces and candles from her which made it stress free knowing she had that covered for the wedding! She has done several of my friends’ weddings as well, and we’ve all been so happy with her work. I can’t recommend her enough—she made our wedding look like a million bucks! 💐✨ 10/10 Highly Recommend!! I mean just look at these photos!
