I can’t say enough great things about The Flower Shop in Westland! Russ was amazing! He listened to what I wanted and it was gorgeous. It looked exactly as I pictured and even included a beautiful glass cross as requested. We had the flowers coming from a large group of people and Russ found a way to include all of the names on the card. His attention to detail was awesome. Not only did we get an amazing blooming planter, but they did it in record time, making sure it arrived the same day for a funeral. I will definitely use them again if I need Flowers delivered in the Detroit area! Thanks again Russ and The Flower Shop Staff!!

My daughter had a vision of what she wanted for her prom bouquet and boutonnière. She went somewhere else first and they didn’t listen to her and made her feel like what she wanted wasn’t possible and they continued to steer her toward colors she didn’t want. She walked into The Flower Shop and said it was great, Mom! They listened to my daughter’s vision, looked at colors and talked to her for a half hour. She told me they’re the nicest people and I felt heard. I totally trust them with my vision. They did NOT DISAPPOINT! My daughter’s flowers were exactly what she wanted and they were GORGEOUS!! They even gave her a make shift water source so they could remain fresh until she was ready for them and for after. It’s been 6 days and they still look beautiful. Thank you for helping my daughter’s vision come to life with kindness and expertise! Your prices were fantastic too. I will definitely be back and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to my friends!
I was so stressed out about wanting a specific type of standing spray and this flower company came through with stars and stripes. I told him I didn’t find what I wanted on their website so they custom made it for me and it was perfect. The card was typed correctly exactly as I.requested And the price was reasonable. So important for such an occasion. We wanted something that would represent our family and not look tiny and put off to the side so Russ Listened and talked through Till we got what I wanted. they delivered on time.
