Even though I placed the flower delivery order three days in advance, they called in the morning on the delivery day to say that the flower truck did not come and so they cannot deliver. They offered to deliver a substitute but could not even provide a picture of what to expect. So I had to cancel the order. I would not count on Thrifty Florist for reliability.
The floral artist and manager called to explain that the vase I had selected for a sympathy bouquet was delayed. To which they asked if they could delay the order a day to do a proper arrangement. I agreed, and said I trusted their judgement call. The bouquet arrived today and when the recipient sent a photo to say ‘thank you’ I was moved to tears in how gorgeous the arrangement turned out. It was full and vibrant, and even better than the photo online. They were so thoughtful in making it impactful and asking my permission to do so. Thank you for your kindness and talent! THANK YOU! ❤️
I bought a dozen sun flowers for $60 and they died within the next day! The manager told me you shouldn’t have bought sun flowers and did nothing but laugh and be rude about my order. She said you should have your heat set below 65 degrees?? Horrible service!
I ordered a corsage last minute, two hours before homecoming on a Friday afternoon the woman who took my order was very nice and pleasant when I came in, she let me know that the designer was off but if I gave her 20 minutes, she could make one for me. It was very pretty and I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the corsage. :)
Absolutely loved my bridal bouquet from Thrifty Florist. The rest of our wedding flowers were fake, and I struggled to find a florist who would do just a bridal bouquet that was within my budget. My grandma actually found Thrifty Florist and I’m so happy she did! They were so great to work with. I provided a few inspiration photos and they created a beautiful bouquet. One of my bridesmaids picked it up on her way to the venue. The florist had it ready to go in a vase of water and all packaged up safely for transport. The bouquet looked amazing all day. Highly recommend Thrifty Florist.
