I bought these flowers for my wife's birthday. I asked the florist for an arrangement with tulips and she nailed it. They had a smaller version as well. She was very friendly and the store was cute and welcoming. Everything was quick and easy. I was shown the arrangement prior to the florist wrapping it up. Thanks to the staff, my wife loved it!

Zero stars on this one. My boyfriend sent me flowers, not only were they tacky and seemed thrown together, there were wilted, broken flowers in the bunch. I let them know as a courtesy that they were like that, and sent pictures. I did not want a refund for for them or for them to let my boyfriend know. I specifically told them I was just letting them know to watch for it and I didnt want to hurt my BF's feelings. Fast forward to the next time he sent me flowers, they were worse.. a couple of the flowers had pedals that were half gone with brown ends with multiple flowers showing browning on the edges. Again, I wanted to let them know and sent pictures. The price of the flowers is ridiculous and they should not be sending out wilted, brown, damaged flowers. I again said it was for their information only and again to watch for it, they then went and taddled on me to my boyfriend against my request not to, to not hurt his feelings. I seen the email. They made me sound like a picky brat and told him to go somewhere else. Which we did, been going to KD floral ever since with no wilted flowers. Not one.
