I received a voicemail that I have a bouquet of flowers, waiting for me downstairs. The lobby smelled of cigarettes which I thought was odd. I proceeded to grab my flowers. Sadly my flowers smelled like cigarettes really bad. From the outside of the package, then inside, on the flowers, and as well on the tissue paper. I was thinking were they smoking while making the arrangement? I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. My skin flared up, it was on my clothes, had to sanitize my table, it was bad. Then a huge plastic flower in the bouquet. I said what else can go wrong. I had to toss the bouquet entirely. I left a voicemail and have yet to receive an a resolution. Either money back for the sender or a replacement that doesn’t smell like cigarettes. In the end my dear friend was able to send me a beautiful bouquet from Bachman’s.
I just want to say thank you. I ordered an arrangement this morning and you had them delivered fairly quick this afternoon. My sister passed away last year, it's the anniversary of her passing in a couple days and today would have also been her 29th birthday. We are celebrating her life today and the arrangement looks wonderful. Thank you.
I received a stunningly beautiful bouquet from them for my birthday. Just the vase alone was unique and will be fun to re-use. The flowers are vibrant and fresh and still look like the day I got them- 4 days later. Would highly recommend this shop.
