I live in the Twin Cities and we purchased our wedding flowers from Terra Bella. Sandi was great to work with and captured exactly what I wanted.
I placed an order over the phone. I had flowers delivered to a friend for their birthday. The flowers turned out great. She also liked the mason jar they came in. However, the delivery person walked into my friends house with out ringing the door bell. My friend was very startled as she was in the shower & heard a stranger in her house. It was very unprofessional. Usually they ring the door bell & if no one answers they leave the flowers on the porch. It was a very disturbing experience.
Really disappointed in the experience I had here. I ordered my bridal bouquet and it arrived as a completely different bouquet than what I wanted, and it was also wilted. Not only did they not use the same flowers as the photo I provided, but they were not even arranged in the same way. I mean come on, I’m not a florist, but I could have done a better job than whoever made this. Seriously, what a joke. Don’t you see that the big flowers are bunched in the middle and there’s trailing greens? None of that is present in what you gave me. What about the colors? Dont you see that the one I wanted has soft pinks and soft blues? And what is up with the white weeds in the middle? It’s a pretty simple bouquet and you couldn’t accomplish that. I did reach out to Sandi, and she gave me a refund, which I appreciate but it’s not really about that, because I can’t just have another wedding day with the bouquet I want. Now I get to look at all the photos and see this unpleasant thing for the rest of my life. She was apologetic but did let me know that they don’t replicate the photo but instead try to create their own thing. That would be have been good to know BEFORE the wedding. Had I known that, I would have gone somewhere else. Anyway, my point is, go somewhere else if you want a FRESH bouquet that looks professional.
My bouquet for my wedding was perfect! I sent in an inspo photo and the final product was nearly identical. I knew the names of the flowers I wanted which helped the process along. Perfect for our North Shore wedding!
