Great job, Crow River Floral! I decided at the last minute, literally, the last minute, that I wanted to have flowers delivered for my mom's birthday. I went to the website to see on the off chance I could make it happen that day. Yes! It was so easy. I didn't even have to talk to anyone. Simple online ordering process and place to enter a personalized note. The delivery fee was super reasonable and my mom loved the surprise. Will definitely be utilizing this service again.
I had no idea what I wanted in florals for our bouquets let alone really what any flowers really looked like based on names. I just knew what colors I wanted and that roses were my own desire. I met with Jeanne and told her all my ideas and she was very excited to create something for me based on my color desires. She also had a great selection of photo albums that had a wide variety of designs, styles and colors in them so that I could get a visual idea of the flowers she was suggesting. This helped me to really get a better idea of what she was suggesting and say yes or no to the options she gave me. We came up with a beautiful vision talking about it together. But honestly I still had no true idea of what our bouquets would look like in the end. When they were delivered on our wedding day I was absolutely blown away! I could not believe the beauty that Jeanne and her team had created for us! Our unique design with boutonniere's were more than I could ask for and our bouquets were just absolutely stunning! They were big and beautiful and completely blew my mind. I was obsessed and honestly still am obsessed with them. Her vision came out so beautiful to show off my vision for our florals. Jeanne is also doing a huge favor to preserve my bouquet so that I always have it look at it and I am so very thankful for that additional little piece. I could not be more pleased with my order from Crow River Floral & Gifts. Unfortunately, I gave them an incorrect delivery address. They were very kind and re-routed my order to the correct address that same day. I want to give them a big "Thank You!" for their excellent service. Then, there are the flowers.... They are SO CUTE, just BEAUTIFUL, and exactly what I wanted! I sent the "Honey Bee" arrangement (see pictures attached)! The recipient loves them! I will not hesitate to order again from them. The team at Crow River always does a great job for me. I order flowers for my mom a couple times a year through their website and I'm never disappointed. They always exceed my expectations. 10/10. We stopped at the plant shop then decided to stop in at the flower shop. So glad we did! It's a quaint little shop, the ladies are informed, kind and lovely and the flowers are beautiful! Watching them work was great fun! Definitely will return, if not for flowers, for great conversation! :)
