I was very disappointed with my experience. The flowers I received were left outside in the rain for over 4 hours,(other floral companies would have called to see where to bring the flowers if I wasn’t home, gave them to a neighbor, or choose to redeliver when was home )flowers died within three days of delivery. When I called the company, the employee made me feel like I was being a bother, saying “ we have no idea how long they were in a cooler at the distribution center “rather than a valued customer. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to make things right — only a suggestion that the person who sent them would have to call instead. I expected much better care and customer service from a floral company.
